Google is your friend, the large number of complaints, investigations, web sites devoted to sharing horror stories etc. should be reason enough to steer clear. Also the fact that this guy has been harassing me by email for months now in spite of my requests to stop doesn't make me inclined to consider having ANYTHING to do with him or his organization.
