Not sure if they know what they are doing. We tried to cancel a life insurance policy and it still charged my card the same day. They then told my wife I did not tell them I wanted to cancel. They then told us she would need to sign some paper work. They showed exactly where she needed to sign and told me that was all we had to do. I returned the paper work and they said the money would be refunded to my credit card. Nearly 2 weeks later we got a letter stating the paperwork was incorrect.
