Muy mal servicio al cliente!

El Señor Ibarra no responde a ningún correo electrónico ni llamadas, tengo 2 semanas tratando de localizarlo y en su "oficina" es lo mismo, tuve que llamar directo a la aseguranza y me dijeron qunel señor ya no tiene contrato con ellos y nisiquiera nos pudo avisar. No se si a eso se le puede llamar "agente".
