After being a loyal Allstate customer for many years I was greatly surprised and disappointed when Mary and her office decided to take sides and play judge and jury during my recent divorce. Based on unsubstantiated lies from my ex, whom she had never met or did business with before, she removed my name as the beneficiary of my own home while we were still married, while I was still living in the home and still owned and had proof that I did. She made no effort to do due diligence and check the title of the property or the tax records or any document that proved that the property belonged to me. When I took the time to offer her these documents she refused to view them or communicate with me further. It was very biased and unprofessional.
