My home has been insured with Hawkeye Mutual for almost 15 years. I have never been late with a payment and they have never had to pay me anything. Recently, I was informed that they will not be renewing my policy. TJ (Tim), the president, stated that "your house is a dump and we probably should have never been insured anyway". Wow! That is some customer service!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO INSURE YOUR HOME!!! They will just take your money for years, then just decide that they will no longer insure you.
