Joellen Lathwell was an over-bearing, know-it-all, busy body who used her job with Hayward to stick her nose where it was not wanted and give advice on personal matters that were none of her business. Why? No reason in particular. Some people enjoy this sort of thing and Joellen was one of them. After I had my fill of Mrs. Lathwell creating problems I dropped the coverage, moved to another carrier that was more business orientated. Then filed a complaint with CITZENS insurance - the brand of casualty Joellen sold.
