Do yourself a favor a look elsewhere for your insurance needs. We had a bad accident in which all of our family was injured. The agency manager and area adjuster have done everything they could to deny us benefits. When we complained, the branch manager slandered us around town, as we discovered. They offered a settlement for our damages and then went silent, no response from any inquiries. To make matters worse, they then decided to drop us - not just auto, but homeowners as well. Unethical, immoral and illegal. Again, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
