Don't use Howard Eales --- Dave your $$

I had been w/ Howard Eales for more than 25 yrs!! Eventually my income decreased. I asked at least 4 times over 2 yrs to get car & home insurance reduced. Linda would say ok, I'll get back to you. Never happened. I got help & realized how much they took me for granted. Never checked other Insurance companies ... Why ... Because ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THEIR COMMISSION!
SO, I go w/ another company and only pay 1/2 what they charged me. Really poor customer service. And agree they are FRAUDULENT! They included my LAND + structure to insure.
When I called to cancel both car + home MIKE was very rude & abrupt. I had to call 3 times to get the correct paperwork. And then like the other gentleman here I started getting BILLS from the old company. I am going to report them to my state's Insurance Commissioner.
Be smarter than me = Don't do business w/ Howard Eales!!!
