Theft at its best
I tried to get insurance from them that should start at the end of the month when my other policy expired and arranged the payment to come out at the start of my policy (3 weeks from now) and what happens they take the money out today. I made it clear that the money would come out at the start and the agent promised the same but no the money is now missing from my checking account today. So what does the owner/manager do nothing but make me wait the proper business processing time for a refund, 3-5 business days. Theft is not a great way to start a relationship with an insurance company. I cancelled that quick but now have to wait to get my money back let's see if that happens, I bet they will take their time.
