Sloooooow service

One of their policy holders hit my car on a Saturday. The office is not open on weekends so I had to wait until Monday to speak with anyone. I'm now going on 3 days without a vehicle and they haven't even contacted their policy holder yet to determine liability. I asked them to please make contact, but they said they are too busy and will get to it when they can. Really inconvenient!!!
