poor customer service lady

Customer service is awful. It seems the lady Irene that answers has difficulty following directions. I called asking for one thing and she adamantly insisted I do something else. How about just give me the information I asked for?!?! It seems to be a foreign concept to her. She is rude and I will be either switching agents or insurance companies all together.
