I was insured with this Insurance Company through an agent. I cannot begin to relate my terrible experience with the reps. Toby Frazier is as useless as anything you can think of. She won't return phone calks nor respond to emails. Go to the office on 14th st. it's the same. PLEASE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ETHIO-AMERICAN INSURANCE. YOU WILL REGRET IT ID YOU DO.
