I got my car insurance from sam good jr in February 2014 in june he called me to inform me my rate would increase I told him to hold off I got a quote for half of what he wanted to charge me so I called him and told him to cancel my policy, then I spoke with him again and confirmed cancelation of my policy. February 2015 I gave my wife my account information so she could watch my money (she said I was spending too much) she saw a charge for 245.10 from the insurance from sam good so we looked into It further and found the never stopped charging me do not trust this company they are shady and apparently if you don't pay attention they will continue to charge you even after you cancel your policy. when I contacted their office and told them I was very upset they continued to charge me after I cancelled the lady who answered the phone said she would email me something to fill out to try and get a refund no email received I spoke with sam he said "i thought you were just going to stop paying the bill" the money was being automatically taken from my account so I couldn't just stop paying the bill I spoke with sam on several other occasions about not receiving the email he just continued to give me the run around. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
